Harold is a skinny, nerdy eighteen-year-old boy. Living with his divorced mother, he has no male role model in his life. It isn’t easy going through puberty and high school under the best of circumstances but Harold is having a particularly hard time of it. When Mrs. Gilmore, their new neighbor, comes into their lives and offers to help Harold straighten out and fly right, his mother accepts gratefully. Mrs. Gilmore has a secret agenda, however. Before long, she is hard at work transforming Harold into a pretty girl using threats and secret doses of estrogen. She sets Harold up with Billy, her gay nephew, who has his own designs on the new girl. Before he knows what hit him, Harold finds himself going to school in pretty outfits and pleasuring Billy as his “girlfriend”..
