The mother and aunt of two young boys, for reasons of their own, have set them on a long winding road to womanhood. If the plan goes as the women want, their sons will never know that they are anything other than normal little girls. To that end, they are administered female hormones starting at a young age and are enrolled in a school for special girls like them.

The Sigma Beta fraternity promised its pledges that it would not subject them to any physical punishment for Hell Week. That didn’t mean that the boys wouldn’t have to do everything their frat mentors ordered them to do, however. When one of the pledges makes the mistake of refusing to do what he calls “Women’s work,” a plan is hatched by the frat brothers and sorority sisters.

The Rainbow School for Girls is a very special school. This school, for girls in grades seven through twelve, is different from the others in one respect: it admits transgender girls in addition to girls (born female) who are troubled. We first met the girls at this school in book 808.
